Once you sign up, we'll send your login details along with other useful details to your email address.
After signup, you will need to replace the current name servers of your domain with ours from your registrar’s website – either from your personal account with them (if you have one) or by contacting their support team. You can find our name servers listed in your Welcome email or in the Control Panel (‘Domain Manager’ section). It takes up to 24 hours for the NS update to come into effect.
You can start working on your site right after our Sales Department verifies your order. We will assign to you a temporary URL that will replace your domain until the DNS update completes. This way, your site will not have any downtime and all scripts and databases will have been completely tested by the time the DNS update is completed.
If you have problems transferring your site, please let us know and we will try our best to help you. However, please keep in mind that only the domain owner can change the domain's name servers. We cannot perform that change until the domain transfer has been completed.
