  • Context Help. Receive easy and quick explanations of each page of the Control Panel by simply clicking on the Show/Hide Help link in its top right corner. A drop-down window will appear with more information on how to handle the functionalities of each particular section of the CP.

  • Video Tutorials. We have prepared over 40 movies for you to watch so as to become familiar with our Control Panel as quickly as possible.

  • F.A.Q. This is a keyword search based information system, i.e. a Frequently Asked Questions database, only much more advanced than the standard static FAQ. We regularly update the FAQ database with new entries.

  • Ticketing System. In case you still haven’t found the answer to your question in the Help Center, we recommend that you use our Ticketing System and open a ticket by clicking on the Request Help link. Each ticket is replied to in less than 60 minutes after it has been opened. So as to maintain a high quality support service, we insist that you open a unique ticket for each problem through the Request Help link in the Control Panel.
