Context Help. Learn how to work with the Lonex Control Panel by simply clicking on the Help button of the section you are currently in. A list of tutorials will pop up so just browse through the topics and click on the one you want to learn more.

Video Tutorials. We have a long list of video tutorials for you to get into the basic of our Control Panel as quickly as possible.
F.A.Q. This is a keyword search based information system, i.e. a Frequently Asked Questions database, only much more advanced than the standard static FAQ. We regularly update the FAQ database with new entries.
Ticketing System. If you haven’t found an answer to your question in the Help Center, you can open a ticket by clicking on the Request Help link. Each ticket is replied to within 1 hour. To help us deliver a timely support service, please open a unique ticket for each problem.
